We accept cancellation before shipment or production.

• Full refund provided for successful cancellations
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

📦 Returns

Return requests accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Eligibility requirements:

• Unused items in original condition
• In original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Shipping fees: Max 1 charge (including returns). No restocking fees.

💸 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

• Email notification of receipt will be sent
• You'll be notified of refund approval/rejection
• Approved refunds processed to original payment method
